skyjumpSeptember 15th 2007 - Annette Lives!! Annette and friends are pleased to report they are still alive after daring to jump from an aeroplane. This death defying leap was made as part of a fund raising event to raise funds for Annette's daughter Sacha who suffers from Batten Disease.

The event (referred to as 'brown pants day' - for obvious reasons!) required participants to leap from a plane and hurtle at considerable speed toward the ground. They did of course have parachutes which appear to have worked really quite well. There were 15 'jumpers' in total - Graham Pearson, Geoff Mackmurdo, Dominic Cook, Dominic Smith, Nadia Ventner, Dan Marsden, Bernadette Adamic, Amanda Deverick, Lily Worth, Rizwan Omar, Jonathan Roughton, Christina Kimbrough, Alex Hose, James Baxter and Claudette Griffin. SEE PHOTO. Have a look at the Big Thankyou List...

Supporters on the day included: Charlotte Waring, Hannah Hucko, Fiona Matthews, Max Healey, Carly Wilson, Brad Scott, Neal Lewis, Alex Antoniades, Cecelia Carroll, Cath Mackmurdo, Michelle Lee, Luke Rees, Sarah Wadman, and Lesley Hawkins. Jame's nieces - Georgia, Amy and Adele.

We will shortly report back on the funds raised by this event. A huge thank you to everyone who took part and their supporters.
